Next month Rizq will be 6 months old... It's time to give him solid food.. Hush.. mama Rizq yang excited yer... So, disebabkan xde experience nak bagi baby makan..so, I've bought 'Buku Panduan Pemakanan Anak Sihat Pintar' terbitan KarangKraf.. Best gak buku nie sebab ada information..resipi.. & senang jer nak sediakan makanan untuk baby & budak2.. yang penting berkhasiat..seimbang..& of course presentationnya MENARIK... hu3...

Edisi khas buku nie.. mempunyai 70++ resipi pelbagai khasiat & menu harian mengikut usia anak..

Selain daripada buku nie, actually saya & hubby da tanya pendapat doktor.. makanan apa yang bagus untuk beri kepada anak..hmmm for his 1st food.. Doctor suggest bagi sesudu pisang yang telah dilecek... or bubur kosong..kena try bagi sikit2 dulu.. & bagi 1 jenis makanan for 3 days.. sebab nak tengok samada baby alergi kat makanan tue ke x...

Makanan baby seelok2nya prepare sendiri..xyah beli baby food/nestum yang da siap tue sebab selalunya ada gula.. Makanan baby xperlu ditambah garam & gula yer... & kena la ajar dia makan sayur (walaupun parents dia nie x makan sayur sangat..ha3)... Ala bukan susah pun nak prepare solid food untuk baby nie...

So, weekend nie nak gie beli Feeding Utensils for Rizq - his bowl.. spoon..etc.. yey!!!

Just wanna share my reference book that I read when I'm pregnant till now.. For me, it's a good book coz it has a lot of information for a mother... Apart from this book, I also read Pa & Ma magazine every month... Other than book & magazine.., I also read from internet.. (http://www.babycenter.com.my/) & also asking from my friends..cousins... :)

Pregnancy takes u all d way from pre-conception & planning right through to d birth & recovery afterwards. At each stage, words & pictures show u d changes taking place in ur own body & how your baby is growing. There is plenty of helpful information on diet & exercise during pregnancy, what your antenatal care will involve & reassuring advice on how to cope with common discomforts & when to get medical help if conditions of concern arise.
